The subject of the March issue of the Bulletin is Draft Law on Climate Change. What are the main provisions of the draft of this law and what can we expect from the document if it is adopted, read in the text What's the Climate for Climate Change in Serbia.

In the 36th issue of the Bulletin, we also wrote on the subject of waste management, which you can read about in the column Waste as an Energy, New Life of Products. Focus of the new issue is the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and the Law on Planning and Construction. We also wrote about the fourth phase of the Trading System on Emissions of Carbon Dioxide. 

In the March issue we presented negotiating chapter 15, that deals with the subject of energy.
