Green PowerUp – Civil Society Support Program for Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development of Local Communities has two components:
1. Support for formal civil society organizations;
2. Support for informal grassroots organizations.
This particular call applies solely to the first component of the Program, intended for civil society organizations. The call for informal grassroots organizations who want to deal with environmental protection will be open in January 2022 on the website of our partners, Young Researchers of Serbia.
Results
The results will be published at the beginning of March 2022 on the websites and social media of the Belgrade Open School and the Coalition 27.
The program is a part of the project “Green Incubator", which is implemented by Belgrade Open School together with partners Young Researchers of Serbia and Environmental Engineering Group. The project aims to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations dealing with environmental issues, in particular to monitor the European integration process of the Republic of Serbia, to foster initiatives of local informal groups, as well as to explore the potential and make recommendations for socio-economic development of local communities based on principles of green (circular) economy.
