A public debate on the Spatial Plan of the Republic of Serbia and the the Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment Report of the Plan, which was published on April 5 by the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, is currently underway. The Spatial Plan will define the spatial development of Serbia until 2035, and the public insight will last until May 5.
The Spatial Plan is the highest planning document of the Republic of Serbia, which will determine the development directions and priorities in the next 15 years in all areas, from mining to tourism. Public insight is an opportunity for the public to get involved in the process of drafting this document, which is extremely important for all citizens of our country. That is why it is very important that as many citizens as possible get involved in this process.
How to participate?
To facilitate citizen participation, we have prepared a special website where you can download comments on the draft Spatial Plan and the Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment Report and send them on your behalf to the relevant Ministry. You can access the page here.
The comments are divided into several areas of importance for environmental protection and urban development, and detailed instructions for sending comments can be found on the mentioned page.
We hereby invite citizens to send the comments and in that way influence the content of the document, which is of great importance for the development of our country.
