Invitation to participate in the public insight for the draft Spatial Plan of the Republic of Serbia

On the 5th of April, the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure published a public insight into two important documents: the Draft Spatial Plan of the Republic of Serbia from 2021 to 2035 and the Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment Report of the Spatial Plan of the Republic of Serbia from 2021 to 2035 . The public insight lasts until the 5th of May.

The Spatial Plan is the highest planning document of the Republic of Serbia that will determine the development directions for the next 15 years, and public insight is an opportunity for the public to get involved in the process of drafting this document of great importance for all citizens of our country. That is why the Belgrade Open School invites you to read the proposed draft Spatial Plan and the Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment Report of the Spatial Plan and prepare your comments and remarks on the presented documents.

Public insights are an opportunity for citizens to get involved in the processes of adopting documents that are important for the future of the society in which we live. As the pandemic has further narrowed this space for influencing decision-makers, it is important that as many citizens as possible get involved when there are opportunities to do so.

Documents that have been made available for the public insight can be found HERE.

The form in which it is necessary to enter remarks and suggestions can be found HERE.

You can submit your comments and remarks, until the 5th of May , to local self-government units or directly to the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, Sector for Spatial Planning and Urbanism, at the address Nemanjina 22-26, 11000 Belgrade.

You can also send the comments by e-mail to: pprs@mgsi.gov.rs.
