The program's implementation began with an initial meeting with partners in its first year. The initial meeting took place from 6th to 8th September 2023, in Šabac and brought together representatives from 13 civil society organizations and investigative media.

The issue’s topic is on The Years of Dialogues - From the Boycott of 2020 elections to the Elections of 2022, we analyzed the current course of inter-party dialogue in Serbia pointed on improving election conditions, giving an overview on the thus far achieved results, as well as their future implementation in the upcoming elections.

From September to December 2021, Belgrade Open School (BOS) provided mentoring support to students of two schools - Secondary School of Economics and Catering "Vuk Karadzic" from Velika Plana and Secondary School "Vuk Karadzic" from Secanj in the design and implementation of activities concerning the protection of digital privacy.
