The issues’s topic is on the Opening of the Cluster 4 - Serbia’s merit or Incentive from Brussels, we analyzed what opening of a cluster Green Agenda and Sustainable Connectivity means for Serbia, which areas and chapters will require additional work, and why the rule of law is necessary for clean air and healthy water. We wrote about the need to preserve water and provide clean air to the citizens, as well as about the referendum that awaits us in January, in the Column, Laws and Politics - Between Private and Public Interest. The focus of the issue is on the end of the Slovenian presidency of the Council of the European Union, while we have dedicated the section Current to the dialogues of young people with decision-makers. We talked with the Vice President of the European Movement in Serbia, Vladimir Medjak, about the current state of European integration in Serbia, while in the text On Youth in the EU and Serbia - Negative Trends and Steps for Improvement, we present the 2022 European Year of Youth.
