Vladimir Pavlović

  Policy Coordinator

Vladimir Pavlović is Policy Coordinator at Belgrade Open School. He is involved in designing and developing project ideas at BOS, coordinating project activities, the goal of which is to further public policies which are at the center of BOS operations, and providing professional support for designing and conducting public advocacy campaigns and for drafting policy papers. His fields of interest are: the process of creating practical policies, and the European Union’s legal system. He is the author of multiple manuals, and guidebooks dealing with the different aspects of the European integration process in Serbia. He is a certified trainer for teaching writing practical policy proposals (LGI Budapest) and for negotiation and mediation (Carr, Swanson &Randolph  LLC). He was a student of the IX generation of Belgrade Open School’s educational programme ‘'Future Studies'’.

  Vanja Dolapčev

  Project Coordinator

Vanja Dolapčev has been working at the Belgrade Open School since 2012. Through management, coordination and research, he deals with projects and initiatives related to the process of Serbia’s accession to the EU, regional development policy, and good governance. He also deals with the development of research skills and working skills of those employed at the Belgrade Open School. He is the author of multiple research and practical policy papers in the above mentioned fields. He was previously an intern at the Belgrade Centre for Security Policy, on research projects regarding the reform of the security sector in Serbia and other states of the Western Balkans. He completed his academic education in the field of international studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade, and at the Charles University in Prague. He gained further knowledge in the field of research work in training courses organized by the European Fund for the Balkans and the University of Freiburg. He is a proud alumnus of the Belgrade Open School’s Department for Advanced Undergraduate Studies (19^th generation). He is a regular lecturer in Belgrade Open School’s ‘'Future Studies'’ programme, on the Future of Europe module, and at the Friedrich Ebert Foundation’s University of Social Democracy. Apart from that, he is also a member of the European Integration Office sectoral workgroup for the public administration reform.

  Jovana Božičković

  Project Assistant

Jovana Božičković is Assistant on projects within the Good Governance programme, and she is involved in the Civil Society Capacity Building Programme. Through her duties and obligations, she contributes to the preparation, organization and realization of project activities, intended for civil society organizations and public management representatives, whom she also communicates with. She participated in the implementation of projects in the field of transparency, as well as research in that same field, in conducting educational programs of the Belgrade Open School, and she is coordinator of the editorial staff of the youth portal ‘'Mingl'’. She is a final year student at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, department of Political Science. During her studies, she gained an informal education in fields related to democratic education and youth activism, and she is especially interested in the topic of open data. She was a student of the XXIII generation of Belgrade Open School’s educational programme ‘'Future Studies'’.
