Belgrade Open School (BOS) announces the List of approved project proposals for program support within the implementation of the second year of the Civil Society Support Program for Public Advocacy. The program is being implemented under the project "Active Citizens: Better Society: Advocating for Cooperation and Democratic Development" in partnership with the Belgrade Fund for Political Excellence (BFPE) and the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network (BIRN) Serbia, with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Serbia.
Approved projects will be implemented between April 1 and October 31, 2020. The following is a list of supported CSOs that have received program support:
- Association "Emblema" - Citizen in planning and decision making process;
- Academic initiative "Forum 10" - For a new youth policy in Novi Pazar;
- National Parents and Teachers Association - Grade is an information;
- NGO Porecje – Vucje - Joint Action: Our Right to Legal and Decent Work;
- Alliance of manufacturers of traditional product of Serbia "Original Serbia" - Geographical indication as a developing potential of local communities;
- Association of Roma women Osvit - We have, let`s apply;
- Pro.Tok21 - Public Air Pollution Screen;
- NGO Res Publika Kragujevac - Partners for the public interest in media;
- Union of Secondary School Students of Serbia (UNSS) - Support to self -representation of school students, as younges youth category: "We are present, but you don’t hear us!";
- The Association "Women at the Turning Point" (AWTP) - Untapped potential: Women 45+ as an important factor of Serbian Economic Development.

BOS congratulates the CSOs whose project proposals were approved and thanks all the participants who submitted their proposals. Organizations that have recognized the importance of the Program and whose proposals are not supported by project and program support will be able to respond to the Third Call next year.
