The Belgrade Open School designed and implemented in-house training on organizational management for the needs of the Youth Center CK13. The training was held on May 5-6 2017 in Novi Sad for representatives of the Youth Center.
Through a set of questionnaires, a series of interviews, and interactive sessions, an analysis of the Youth Center’s existing organizational structure and management model and the needs of the organization has been made. The whole process has been led by Jelena Manic Radoicic, the Promotion of Employability Program Coordinator for the Belgrade Open School. On the basis of these activities, Jelena Manic Radoicic has proposed possible solutions for the adequate model of organizational management for the CK13.
The Belgrade Open School works on strengthening the capacities of civil society through training, mentoring, expert and financial support. The goal of training in organizational management is to strengthen internal capacities and thus improve the quality of work and activities of organizations. These training sessions provide organizations with standards that can be based on the assessment of the environment in which their organization exists, enabling them to adequately respond to environmental challenges.
