On Monday, October 18, the Belgrade Open School held an online training on financial project management for representatives of nineteen selected civil society organizations that implement projects within the "Dialogue for Change" support program.
The training on ZOOM was opened by Dijana Nedić, the financial manager of the Belgrade Open School, and in addition to her, the introductory word was given by the project coordinator Marina Lukić.
The training was conducted in the spirit of dialogue and was aimed at resolving all doubts that partners face regarding financial procedures on their projects, including procedures for justifying salaries, fees and experts, procurement procedures, procedures for justifying travel expenses and procedures for filling timesheets.
The project "Dialogue for Change: Nurturing Participative and Evidence Based Policy Dialogue in Reform Process in Serbia" is coordinated by the Belgrade Open School, with the financial support of the Delegation of the European Union in Serbia. The project is implemented in the period from 2021 to 2023. in partnership with the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue, the Republic Secretariat for Public Policies, the Center for EU Public Policies, University of Belgrade, Olof Palme Center as well as with the Office for Non-Governmental Organizations of the Government of the Republic of Croatia.
