The Belgrade Open School is organizing the seventh Move.Link.Engage: Citizens caught in the action - Stories from the other side conference, which will take place on September 21st and 22nd, 2021 online, on the official MLE website.
Stories from the other side are waiting for you this year.
The stories of those active citizens who aren’t waiting for someone else to solve the problem, who are not afraid to step forward and call to account, those who show that small victories are an introduction to the big ones - those who motivate.
They are the real initiators of changes and together with the Belgrade Open School they have been building a better society for 30 years.
Move.Link.Engage. represents a unique forum that encourages open debates on topics related to advocacy, education, and networking. Conference is a gathering place for experts from the civil, business and public sector - representatives of national, regional, and EU institutions, decision-makers, local initiators of changes, academic community as well as all active citizens.
In the past six-year, MLE has gathered more than 120 speakers. More than 900 participants had a chance to listen to them on more than 35 panels with the support of more than 12 donors. Since 2015. until today, the goal of the conference remained the same - promoting knowledge, accountability and respect of public interest, through constant work in aim to improve quality of life in a community, and through addressing social important questions.
