Belgrade Open School (BOS) creates and implements programmes that enhance the ability of individuals and promote the achievements of institutions with the aim to contribute to the development of a democratic society. The main objectives of the BOS are improving achievement and increasing the productivity of institutions of a democratic society, promoting the expertise of public servants, complicity communications stakeholders in various fields, reform and modernize public institutions, strengthening transparency and inclusion in public decision-making process, strengthening civil society, civic activism and support to improve position of minorities and marginalized groups.

Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) is a German political foundation. KAS operates independently in the areas of political consulting and education. Since 1964 was named by the first German Federal Chancellor, which the principles the Foundation follows as its obligation. The Foundation is present in many countries, and in Germany has developed a network of educational centres, too. Konrad Adenauer Foundation is active in following areas in Serbia: Parties and Parliamentary Advice, Strengthening the Ability of European Serbia, Establishing the Rule of Law, Providing Information about the Social Market Economy, Training Journalists, Multicultural and Interreligious Dialogue, Scholarship Programme.
