The certificate awarding ceremony for the fourth generation of the educational program "PolitiKAS" held on Tuesday, May 21^st 2013 in Belgrade Open School.

Participants had the opportunity to on "Civil Disobedience" talk to Vladimir Pavicevic, which are the fourth generation of students named for the best teacher in the academic year 2012/2013. Upon special lectures, speeches were delivered by Mr Henry Bone, director of the Belgrade office of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, and Ms Vesna Djukic, General Director of the Belgrade Open School, and gave certificates of successful completion of the educational program "PolitiKAS" participants of the fourth generation.

After the official part of the ceremony, in an informal atmosphere, participants were interviewed with a cocktail in the lobby of Belgrade Open School.
