After Mingle portal editorial office expansion, the first meeting of the new Editorial board was held on 9th of October 2016.

The new Editorial board consists of 24 members from Belgrade, Arandjelovac, Knjazevac, Pancevo, Valjevo, Novi Sad, Paracin, Golubinac, Kragujevac, Indjija and Backa Palanka. The new members are high school students, as well as students of the University of Belgrade, Novi Sad and Nis.

At the meeting, Sanja Nasevski, the editor of the portal, addressed the audience, introduced new members to the portal, its creation and further visions and plans. They had the opportunity to learn more about the connection of Belgrade Open School and Mingle, as well as the provided future opportunities regarding their positions.

Afterwards, Tamara Brankovic, a member of the professional team of the Belgrade Open School, presented the application "Take away - Europe". The application enables young people to be up to date with events in the European Union at any time, as well as the current available opportunities provided by European Union. It is available both for Android and iOS devices. All interested members of the editorial board were given the opportunity to engage in the preparation of application’s materials as well.

The working part of the meeting, which followed the introductory part, was dedicated to the future ideas and plans, considering the ten year anniversary of the Mingle portal that will mark next year.
