The fifth transnational partners meeting within the project "3D Modelling Curriculum and Applications for 3D Printers and Tabs for VET Schools" was held on 17 and 18 of July 2018 in Nottingham, UK. Moreover, study visit for teachers in Nottingham was organized in the period from 16 to 20 July.
The partners discussed ongoing activities within the project. A special attention was dedicated to the piloting of the created learning materials and instructional videos regarding 3D technology. The piloting will be carried out in five countries.
The aim of the study visit was to gain knowledge about the opportunities of using new technologies and especially 3D technology in education through lectures and workshops. Thirteen teachers from five countries participated in the study visit including one teachers from secondary school from Serbia.
The project is realized by the Tuzla Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi (Turkey) in cooperation with the following partners: Belgrade Open School (Serbia), Marmara University Faculty of Technology (Turkey), Timarge Mechatronics Ltd. Co. (Turkey), Interprojects (Bulgaria), Nottingham Trent University School of Science & Technology (UK) Prosena SA (Portugal).
This project is supported by the Program Erasmus+ (Key Action: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, Strategic Partnerships for VET education). The project is carried out from 1st of December 2016 to 30th of November 2018.
