On November 1st, Belgrade Open School (BOS) organized a one-day training within the project “PRAKSAM – Introducing the youth to the world of work through internship placements”, intended for the representatives of all the companies involved in the project, who were delegated the roles of mentors. The training was attended by 12 mentors from 11 different companies.
The training took place in the BOS’s premises. The aim of the training was sharing experiences among mentors as well as getting a set of advice, guidelines, and rules concerning mentoring process and responsibilities. During the training the participants had an opportunity to get acquainted with the structure and phases of mentoring process, recommended models for development and aims of mentoring process. Mentors can use these guidelines with new employees in their companies.
The training was held by Jelena Manic Radoicic, Program Manager in charge of Employability Enhancement Program and Milica Paskulov, HR Consultant and a licensed coach with years of experience.
The project "PRAKSAM – Introducing youth to the world of work through internship placements“ is implemented by Belgrade Open School and in partnership with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia and American Chamber and Commerce (AmCham), with the financial support of the Ministy of Youth and Sports.
