It is because of this that the professional team of the Improvement of Employability prgramme is committed to creating programs and services intended for young people, which empower them to, on their own: manage their career, choose the right profession and education, actively search for a job, network, gain work experience, develop soft skills and everything else that can help them look for, get, keep and advance at their job.

Our online career planning platform BOS Career offers young people the possibility of doing a self-assessment of their skills, interests and qualities, informing on professions and faculties and vocational high schools, interactive form for making career plans, CV builder, and an always available online career consultant.

BOS Future Studies Programme successfully continues the tradition of providing additional education for young leaders, which was started way back in 1993.
