Based on the analytical report and regional and national consultations with key stakeholders, this document identifies five key policy challenges in the area of youth employability relevant to all Western Balkan countries. Following the review of the challenges is the set of recommendations for cooperation between public institutions and civil society organizations at the national and regional level.
