This analysis takes a critical view of internships and traineeships, as measures of the active employment policy in the Republic of Serbia, and it provides guidelines for shaping public policies in the field of increasing youth employability. This document also includes representations of different mechanisms and approaches to increasing employability of young people in Serbia who have no work experience.
