The aim of this research was to improve the methodology for measuring and monitoring the effects of career guidance and counseling through consistent monitoring of the young people who had received career guidance and counseling services in a twelve-month period. This document was made through the ‘’Career that fits youth – improvement of the methodology for measuring the effects of career guidance and counseling’’ project, which was financed by the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Serbia.
