This research aims to establish to what extent high schools in Serbia currently plan career guidance and counseling services and activities in accordance with strategic and legal documents. This analysis should provide support for schools in the process of creating career guidance and counseling services, and defining them within the Career Guidance and Counseling Plan and Programme, so as to meet the needs of their students.
