Project “Entrepreneurial & Career-Wised Youth in Serbia” aimed to affirm responsible attitude of young people in Serbia towards own career and community development through encouraging career planning and entrepreneurship.

Recent research shows lack of entrepreneurial mindset among youth in Serbia. Also, since there is no established CGC system for youth in Serbia, any help, especially in new widely available online tools, can be very helpful.

Through the project, workshops have been organized to increase entrepreneurial and career development potentials of young people. The project  also upgraded and updated the online service for career development karijera.bos.rs, with introducing new content and page on entrepreneurship, and search engine optimization. Also, promotional and media activities have been organized in order to emphasize the importance of career guidance and entrepreneurial learning implementation in Serbia and potential of new technologies.  

The project was financed by the U.S Embassy in Belgrade.
