Researcher of Belgrade Open School Aleksandra Djurovic presented a research paper on the international conference “Decent Work, Equity and Inclusion: Passwords for the Present and the Future", organized by the University of Padova in collaboration with other universities and networks which deal with the topic of career guidance and counselling and institutions which are in charge of educational policies.The conference was held from 5-7th of October 2017. The aim of the conference was the exchange of the theoretical and methodological approaches, resources, instruments and practises related to improving access to decent work for all in line with the United Nations’ 2030 agenda for sustainable development, and recommendations from the International Labour Organization.
The presented paper "Career guidance for students from vulnerable groups: A case of secondary education in Serbia" is based on the research study of the Belgrade Open School team – Research into school programs and plans for career guidance and counseling (in Serbian), which was carried out within the project supported by Solidar Suisse – Office in Serbia.
