The Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs, with the support of the Belgrade Open School, invites interested citizens (including youth!), as well as the professional public to get acquainted with the text of the Draft Law on Internships and to send their comments, suggestions and proposals.
Public debate on the Draft Law on Internships will take place from the 3rd of December to 23rd of December 2021.
Presentations and professional discussions will be organized in the following cities:
- Novi Sad, December 13th, 2021, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., in the premises of the Media Info Center in SPENS, st. Sutjeska no.2/I;
- Nis, December 14th, 2021, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., Deli space, st. Davidova 2a;
- Belgrade, December 17th, 2021, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, in the hall "Amphitheatre" in the Building of the National Bank, st. Nemanjina 17.
If you are interested in participating in the presentation of the Draft Law and professional meetings, you need to submit your application in a timely manner with the city's indication, where you will attend the presentation and professional discussion on the Draft Law via e-mail address: javna.rasprava@minrzs.gov.rs
Proposals, suggestions, initiatives and comments are submitted to the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs by e-mail address: javna.rasprava@minrzs.gov.rs and/or in writing to the address: Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs, st. Nemanjina 22-26, 11000 Belgrade.
There will be the possibility of participation in the public discussion via video link on the radneprakse.bos.rs website and on the social networks of the Belgrade Open School.
The legal framework for regulating internships is important in order to prevent abuses and ensure quality, as previous legal analyses and research by BOS show. In order to reach an adequate solution, it is important that a broad consultation process be implemented with the participation of the interested public, so we invite you to contribute to the improvement of the quality of the Draft Law on Internships with your comments.
Website radneprakse.bos.rs will feature videos of public hearings and other important materials, such as expert analyses and publications dealing with the issue of work practices.
