The project "KVIS na BIS I" aimed to support the development of employability among young people and to promote lifelong learning through the improvement of sustainability and quality of the system of career guidance and counselling. Through this project BOS advocated for the continual coordination and implementation of the policy for lifelong career guidance on the national level through promoting the importance of career guidance and providing expert support to policymakers in the process of developing the strategic documents.

Within the project, the BOS team provided support for the development of the new Action plan for implementation of the Strategy of Career Guidance and Counselling. Moreover, the promotion of the results of the Strategy of Career Guidance and Counselling was organised.

Through the project "KVIS na BIS II" Belgrade Open School continued to support the development of sustainability and quality of the career guidance and counselling system in order to improve the employability of the youth and lifelong learning.

In order to ensure continuous coordination and development of lifelong career guidance policies, BOS kept advocating the quality improvement of career guidance and counselling (CGC). During 2016, the BOS team advocated for adopting of subsidiary legislation which will regulate standards for the implementation of the CGC Program, which are necessary for the future advancement of the quality of the work done by the practitioners in this area,  through promotional activities and the work of the expert working group. BOS continued to gather important acters in this field and to encourage cooperation between different sectors in order to contribute to the achievement of the necessary preconditions for the development and adoption of the new action plan of the Strategy of the CGC.

The project "KVIS na BIS I" was implemented from May 1, 2015, to November 30, 2015 and the project „KVIS na BIS II“ was implemented in the period from April 2016 to November 2016 with the support of the Solidar Suisse – Office in Serbia.
