The objective of this project was to contribute to youth development and youth employability through sustainable Inter-municipal Cooperation (IMC) mechanisms for career guidance and counseling in 3 IMCs, led by Zrenjanin, Vranje and Novi Pazar – for a  total of 8 cities/municipalities: Vranje, Bujanovac, Presevo Vladicin Han, Novi Pazar, Sjenica, Zrenjanin, Kikinda.

Activities within the project lead to:

• Strengthening and supporting career guidance and counseling services in 3 targeted IMCs provided by 8 Local Mobile Teams in 8 cities/municipalities
• Development and piloting of a model of career services/centres for youth at the local level of 3 targeted IMCs
• Increase of career development awareness of young persons from 3 targeted IMCs through career counseling or informing activities.
• Promotion and increase of visibility of career informing and career counseling and its effects in 3 IMCs or 8 cities/municipalities through various means of social media like facebook, website, events, etc.
