Belgrade Open School is a partner in the implementation of this Tempus project aimed at developing career guidance and counselling to improve higher education in Serbia.

The project is coordinated by the University of Belgrade Center for Career Development, Apart from Belgrade Open School, 13 other partner organizations from 4 countries are involved in the project. One of the most important activities of the project is the development of a national program and methodology of career guidance and counseling for students of higher education institutions through the work of experts and students. The implementation of this segment of the project is entrusted to the professional team of the Career Guidance and Counseling Center of Belgrade Open School.

The project CareerS  has lasted from October 2011 to June 2015.
