Project “Implementation of Career Guidance and Counseling Model within the VET System in Serbia on school/local level” is a 9 months project that will further enhance capacities of the Regional centers and agricultural and food processing industry schools to start offering career guidance services. By providing students with comprehensive career guidance and counseling, the project enabled them to position themselves on the labor market as well as possible improvement of the system. 

Specific objectives of the BOS in the implementation of this project were:

1) to foster cooperation and networking among parents, local governments, employers and other stakeholders on the local and regional level;

2) to build VET schools capacities in order to implement the Model of Career guidance and Counseling;

3) to conduct interactive workshops for students on Career guidance and Counseling.

Due to this project several career centers within regional educational centers were developed, one within the School of secondary education Uros Predic from Zrenjanin being the most successful.
