We see the modern business world as a network of exciting ventures that are lead by ambitious and creative individuals and organizations. We aim to cooperate with companies on the career empowerment of youth by developing and implementing common programs.

We are proud that nearly 80 young experts were involved in traineeships organized by the Belgrade Open School in the 2012-2016 period, and our data shows that even 80% of them were hired after completing the program. The traineeship program evaluation we completed shows that young participants feel that they have improved their knowledge and skills through the internship program.
