The research study is dealing with the role of career guidance and counselling in secondary schools which have educational profiles in dual education. Based on the research results the set of recommendations for implementation of measures related to career guidance and counselling in dual education was formulated, as well as recommendations for secondary schools on improving their practice.

This publication was developed within the project Career guidance and counselling for better employability of young people, supported by the SOLIDAR Suisse - Office in Serbia.
