Trade union organizations can play a key role in assessing and anticipating the needs related to transition to low-carbon economy. It is necessary that trade unions in Serbia recognize the issue of just energy transition as essential for their work, by including in the process of monitoring and creating climate and energy policies that will ensure dignified working conditions and quality jobs.
