The purpose of this document is to highlight the value and importance of agriculture for regional development and the development of the municipality of Sjenica, as well as the potential risks of a rapid exploitation of energy resources. Special attention is paid to the upcoming thermal power plant ‘’Štavalj“ construction project and the potentially negative effects this project might have on the environment and agricultural development.
