How to recognize our skills and abilities? How to present it to a potential employer? How to answer questions during a job interview? These were some of the topics of our job-seeking and employment trainings within project ALMIT - Acceleration Of Labor Market Integration Of Immigrants Through Mapping Of Skills And Trainings.
Belgrade open school with the support of the national partners and associates continued with the activities which aim to support immigrants during the job-seeking process. In workshops conducted in the last week of September 2020, 10 participants were included. Participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the possibilities for career informing, self-assessment skills, writing a CV, and getting instructions on how to prepare for a job interview.
The workshops were conducted as part of Work Package 5 - Counseling on settlement and job seeking.
ALMIT - Acceleration Of Labor Market Integration Of Immigrants Through Mapping Of Skills And Trainings project aims to find ways to facilitate the integration of migrants into the labor market, and it is funded by the European Union Programme for Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI).
