CEU in Nis: How Will Studies in Vienna Shape Your Future?

20. Jan 2020.

The Belgrade Open School team visited Nis on Friday, January 17, 2020, to discuss studies at the CEU with interested high school and university students.

CEU preparations to fully settle down in Vienna from September 2020 were an excellent opportunity to talk about CEU programs and scholarships in EU Info Corner, Nis. In addition to it, the CEU will offer two multidisciplinary BA programs for the first time - Culture, Politics and Society, and Philosophy, Politics and Economics. These programs are designed to offer responses to some of the greatest challenges of the 21st century.

CEU enrolls about 1,400 students annually, out of which the largest percentage of the enrolled students come from Hungary, the United States, Russia, Turkey, Romania, India, Germany, Croatia, Serbia, and Ukraine. About 80% of students receive some form of financial support to complete their studies and obtain an international degree in their area of interest. The deadline to apply and become one of those students is January 30, 2020.

Since 2003, Belgrade Open School has been a local unit of CEU and, thanks to the activities of the BOS, so far more than 230 students have had the opportunity to continue their education at the Central European University. If you would like to know more about the application process, the available programs and scholarships, please schedule individual consultations at the Belgrade Open School (Masarikova 5/16) by emailing at academic.savetovanje@bos.rs or by calling 011 30 61 577.
