This Monday, 25th of November, for the first time BOS organized Delicacy Monday inspired by flavors of Far East. This event was oganized in Culture center „Grad“ and gathered more than 200 alumni, associates and partners of Belgrade Open School which all had one easy task - to prepare two Thai dishes.
Alumni members were preparing the main part of the dish, while other guests were gathered around the other cooking activities. All the way through were spreading the smell of Pad Thai and Fried Rice and visitors had a chance to combine these meals with chilli sauces, exotic lime and fried peanuts. For all meat lovers, dishes were served with fried chicken and for the others, there were veggie portions.
Besides that, Delicacy Monday was organized with the idea to support our multidisciplinary one year educational programme - Future Studies. Finally, this event had a main goal to encourage future generations to create similar activities and with an innovative idea to support development of Belgrade Open School and their members.
