Some of the other topics were Serbia and the region, politics and political systems, the process of European integration, etc. The lectures that sparked the most discussions were Stefan Surlic from the Faculty of Political Science, as well as Vladimir Pavicevic and Milan Sitarski from the Belgrade Open School.

Guest speakers from the Democratic Christian Appeal (CDA) from the Netherlands, had the opportunity to discuss with participants, the recent European elections, as well as the theory of corruption and integrity. Ms. Marieke Mol gave a training on the Theory of Corruption and Integrity, and during this training the participants were introduced to the concept and importance of this concept, especially when it comes to acting in the world of politics. Ms. Hege Knaven-van Dijke gave an interactive lecture on the topic of the European elections, outlined the political system of the Netherlands, pointed to the important features of this political system and made comparisons with different political ideologies.

On the last day, the participants talked about the process of decision making, active listening and consensus with the director of Belgrade Open School - Vesna Đukić, trough a simulation of post-election coalitions.

Young leaders have trough this programme, which has currently counts over 200 alumni, gained new knowledge, skills and extra motivation which will help them improve regional political cooperation.
