Consultative meeting named “Role of local communities in accession negotiations process of Serbia with EU – Case of Sjenica” was held on Monday, 7th of May, 2018 at the premises of Centre for rural development. Event was organized by Forum for local and regional cooperation in cooperation with the Belgrade Open School within project “Let’s Talk about Negotiations”.
Representatives of different institutions and organizations participated in this event. Focus of the meeting was put on priorities of local communities in accession process of Serbia to the EU, especially on negotiation Chapter 11: Agriculture and rural development. Mr Vanja Dolapčev, on behalf of the BOS, Ms Aida Ugljanin from local administration of Municipality of Sjenica and Mr Sedat Vrcić on behalf of Forum for local and regional cooperation addressed participants.
Forum for local and regional cooperation is one of five organizations that cooperates with the BOS within project “Let’s Talk about Negotiations” with an aim of informing citizens on process of accession of Serbia to the EU.
