Belgrade Open School brings you the fifth edition of monthly news overview "Energy, Climate and Environment" newsletter.
January marked the beginning of Bulgaria's presidency of the European Union Council, which was greeted by protests in Sofia due to poor air quality and construction in the National Park Pirin. The first European Union Plastic Strategy has also been adopted. The quality of the air continued to jeopardize the health of the citizens of Serbia and the region. Risks due to climate change were an important topic on the agenda of the World Economic Forum in Davos, while the global reduction trend in renewable energy price continues.
You can get information about these and other interesting topics in the fourth number of newsletters "Energy, climate and environment", which can be downloaded here. Newsletter archive "Energy, Climate and Environment" is available on this link.
