An open training entitled “Successful transition: from team member to manager” was held on the 20th of March, at the premises of the Belgrade Open School. Representatives of various organizations and companies have attended the training where they have had the opportunity to learn how to successfully tackle the challenges accompanying their daily tasks in the process of changing their positions from team members to successful managers.
The training was led by Ivona Simic, Trainer and Head of Human Resources with years worth of experience. Through a series of interactive exercises, the participants have discussed the challenges they are facing in the transition process and have been presented with the knowledge and skills necessary for dealing with them. At the heart of this type of promotion stands the imperative for a radical change in habits. Striving for successful careers in managing positions, the trainees have had the opportunity to acquaint themselves with the adequate responses to these changing circumferences and to improving the skills necessary to successfully overcoming the challenges they are bringing.
How to apply seven attributes for success, how can emotional intelligence help us in further progress, and how to become and remain successful managers are just some of the issues that the participants discussed with our trainer.
In the following period, Belgrade Open School will continue to organize open trainings on various topics relevant not only for the individual development of the employees, but for the development of the company they are coming from as well.
