Kick-Off Meeting for WeB4YES project held in Belgrade

19. Mar 2018.

The first meeting of partners within the WeB4YES project – Western Balkan Civil Society Organizations for Youth Employment Support was held on March 13th and 14th in Belgrade.

During the meeting, the partners had the opportunity to get to know more about partners' organizations, project and project activities and planned results, as well as to identify the tools and methods to be used during the project for monitoring and evaluating quality.

The WeB4YES project is primarily aimed at young unemployed citizens of the region, so the representatives of partner organizations exchanged their experiences, knowledge and examples of good practice on improving the conditions for youth employment and youth entrepreneurship. The foundations for the National Fora and the Regional Forum on youth employment were set up and they will be developed and organized in the coming months.

The project coordinator is Belgrade Open School, and partners in the project are Association for Democratic Prosperity - ZID (Montenegro), Lens (Kosovo), Association Beyond Barriers (Albania), Institute for Youth Development - KULT (Bosnia and Herzegovina), National Youth Council of Macedonia and Olof Palme International Center (Sweden). The WEB4YES project will last 36 months, from December 2017 to December 2020.
