18. Dec 2017.

We are pleased to present you the November issue of the “Let’s Talk about Negotiations” newsletter - dedicated to the topic of climate change.

In this issue of the newsletter, you can read about the 23rd session (COP 23) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, what was expected of the meeting and what are the next steps.

Also, in an interview with Danijel Božanić, the Head of the Department for Climate Change at the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Serbia, you can read about plans for establishing a legal framework in the field of climate change in Serbia.

We have written about ways of financing the environment within a Column: Waiting for Fund(ot) - neglect of all of us.
We also present  Alternative Reports of Coalition 27, as well as one of the priorities presented by the President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, in his speech on the State of the EU.
