The second edition of the “Energy, Climate and Environment” newsletter of the Belgrade Open School

13. Nov 2017.

The Belgrade Open School is bringing you the overview of the latest news and development in areas of Energy, Environment and Climate Change for the month of October, through the second edition of the Energy, Climate and Environment newsletter. Only 8% of population is currently connected to the efficient wastewater treatment facilities and systems. Building more than 300 facilities is expected until 2041, requiring more than 5 billion euros. The heating season has started. What energy sources are the most economic? What energy sources are the safest for public health and the environment? What are the latest trends related to thermal power plants in the region? The concentration of the CO2 has been rising at the record pace during 2016. What are the goals of the Paris agreement?

You can read about this and many other interesting topics in the second edition of our newsletter.

You can download the second edition of the newsletter HERE (Serbian version only).

The newsletter archive is available HERE.

Feel free to get in touch with us and give us your comments and suggestions by writing to mirjana.jovanovic@bos.rs

Until the next edition,
