The Belgrade Open School created and implemented in-house training on topic "Protocol on Business Events" for the representatives of KPMG. The lecture was held on Friday, November 10th, in the premises of KPMG, and the session was led by Stevan Nedeljkovic and Milan Krstic, of the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade.
What does the way of sitting tell about our approach to the meeting? When is the best time to exchange business cards? What to order during a business lunch? Answers to these and many other questions, participants had the opportunity to hear about the Belgrade Open School training. A business dinner, cocktail, business breakfast and numerous informal gatherings are an integral part of the business life of employees in companies, and the skills that would help us to be the best in these events are important to acquire and develop.
Representatives of KPMG had a unique opportunity to improve their efficiency in everyday business by understanding and applying key aspects of protocols and desirable behavioral patterns in business events.
The training also included final testing of participant’s knowledge on business protocols. At the end of the training, the participants reflected on the conclusions and important elements of the protocols at business events and once again summed up the acquired knowledge.
