On Wednesday, June 21st, at the premises of the Belgrade Open School (BOS), a presentation of the "Future Studies" program was held. The presentation was intended for students of Belgrade universities who will start their final year of studies in October, final year students and students from of master studies that are interested in the "Future Studies" program.
As BOS nourishes interactive approach to lectures, this presentation had a similar character. Through interesting workshops, moderated by students of the previous XXIV generation, interested students had the opportunity to learn everything they wanted to know about the program itself.
Students from the previous generation exchanged their experiences on lectures that, in addition to interactivity, have a multidisciplinary approach that allows students to learn about trends that shape contemporary society. They also discussed about mentoring program, but also about the internship program that allows students of the "Future Studies" to get their first contacts with the sphere of their interests. Additional attention is paid to the application form for the "Future Studies" program and preparation of the documentation for the first phase of the application.
An inevitable part of the presentation was informal segments, electoral and free activities, which the program encompasses. Some of these activities are winter school of teamwork, friendships, film marathons, visits to museums and other cultural events.
Encouraging a critical attitude and willingness to compromise and argumentative dialogue, students gain skills and knowledge that will help them to be a step closer to becoming active bearers of social change. The program seeks to educate young people in order to be able to cope well beyond their profession, as well as to, in the best possible way, apply acquired knowledge in practice, in their future professional environment.
Competition for enrollment of the XXV generation is open until 10th of July. You can see all the details of the competition here.
