New edition of the bulletin "Let's talk about Negotiations"

We recommend to your attention the topic of the issue "Move. Link. Engage. Citizens Participation in the decision-making process within European integration", with a review of the main conclusions of the regional conference held on October 30, 2015 as a forum for problem-solving, exchange of ideas and experiences regarding the participation and impact of civil society organizations in the process of European integration of the states Western Balkans.

In this issue, we highlight an interview with Executive Director of the European Fund for Balkans, Hedvig Morvai and a prominent associate of the Institute for International Justice in The Hague, Nikola Dimitrov. They talk about the European integration process in the Western Balkans, the future of enlargement policy and the "Berlin Process" as a new space for the functioning of civil society.

The focus of this issue is the Serbian Progress Report on the European Integration Process for 2015, with the particular review on the changes made by the European Commission in this year's enlargement package.
