We present to you the 14th issue of the bulletin "Let's talk about Negotiations".

We specifically recommend to your attention the topic "Influence of CSOs on the European Integration Process of the Western Balkans", focusing on the most significant findings of the regional study "Out of the EU Waiting Room: Civil Society Participation in the Light of the 'New Approach' to Enlargement to the Western Balkans". As part of the issue, we also recommend an interview with Nataša Vunš, an associate in the German Foreign Relations Council (DGAP), which talks about a new EU approach to civil society, and the effectiveness of existing models of civil society participation in accession negotiations.

The focus of this issue is "Creation of the Second Action Plan for Implementation of the initiative Partnership for Transparent Administration ".
