Second Share&Envision event organized by Belgrade Open School (BOS) was held from 26th to 28th November, this time in Vinski Dvor. Event was focused on topic Sharpening Leadership Skills.
This event gathered high ranked managers and directors from companies like Trayal, Delta Holding, NIS Gasprom Njeft, Societe Generale, Telenor, Senzal, EXPO Milano, ALPHA bank, Aigo Business System, Delta Holding, MMS Communications and Gorenje.
Share&Envision is unique opportunity for leaders and managers to share their experiences with each other. Main message of this evet was that the good is biggest obstacle in achieving excellence.
Peca Popović had honor to open event with his inspirational stories about people who participated in setting up and changing music industry in Yugoslavia and all around the world. Through stories about influence of different artist from Nikola Karaklajić and Mika Antić, over David Bowie and Santana to Richard Brenson and Goran Bregović, Peca took participants on a journey about lives of authentic people who participated in shaping music industry of 20th century.
Miša Lukić, Chairman of the board and co-owner of MSS Communications/Publicis Group Serbia, held two interesting sessions and suggested participants to think about leaders they are and leaders they want to be. Miša pointed out potential mistakes and traps in perceiving leadership as universal recipe and presented new perspective in overviewing examples of leadership.
Different technics and tools for self-management and team management were presented by Bojan Brank, leadership coach and executive adviser who has big experience on CEO positions. Bojan pointed at, not only best ways in learning about ourselves, our advantages and weaknesses, but also at ways in applying that knowledge through learning by doing.
Stanka Pejanović, CEO in Gorenje was willing to share her wide experience. Stanka selflessly talked about dilemmas she had during decision-making process, as well as her personal perception on decisions she made.
How to build reputation on social networks and what kind of policies on social networks are used by companies, participants had opportunity to hear from Jovana Tripunović, consultant for social networks in Belgrade Open School.
Tanja Milovanović, Business Development Manager, closed the event. Tanja summarized main massages from this event and reminded that Share&Envision event gave participants opportunity to share and reassess ideas, but also to hear more about new trends in leadership.
General Director of BOS Vesna Đukić awarded participants with certificates and pointed out significance of this event, highlighting main aim of BOS to present new role model of leader to business community. Third Share&Envision event will be organized in March 2016.
