Third Share&Envision event with topic “Sharpening Leadership Skills” organized by Belgrade Open School (BOS) took place from 17th to 19th March at Kaštel Ečka.
Tanja Milovanović, Business Development Manager in BOS in opening speech welcomed high-positioned managers and directors from companies such as Agri Business Partner, Raiffesisen bank, Alpha bank, Telegroup, Senzal, Atlantic Group, Societe Generale bank, ALPHA bank and MMS Communications.
Miša Lukić, chairman of the board and co-owner of MSS Communications/Publicis Group Serbia through his session Shi(f)t happens and Bojan Brank, leadership couch and executive adviser, through session Self-management and team-management discussed complexity of leadership with participants. Through examples from personal experience, Miša and Bojan pointed out on possibilities for personal development and company promotion.
Peca Popović shared inspirational stories about leaders who established and used to change music industry and Zorica Tomić looked back on leadership in antique Greece and leadership in current business arena. Changing perspective from leadership in business sector to wider understanding of this term, helped participants to better understand communication and managing models that are applicable today.
Iva Ikon, pianist and singer, traditionally ennobled Share&Envision event with her fantastic performance. This time Iva and Bojan Brank decided to surprise participants and organizers by playing piano and guitar and singing few songs prepared in secrecy.
During closed sessions Share is dare, participants shared their personal experiences about challenges they faced and about decisions they had to make. Vesna Đukić, General Director of Belgrade Open School awarded participants with certificates and closed third Share&Envision event.
