Belgrade Open School designed and realized an in-house lecture on the following topic: ‘’Basic Business Protocol Elements’’ for the participants of the Akademija Vojvođanske banke. The lecture was held on Saturday, February 25th in Novi Sad, and the session was led by MA Stevan Nedeljković, assistant at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade.
Seeing as business events are an inevitable part of an employee’s workday, the way of communication on these occasions can significantly affect the success in achieving business endeavors. Participants had the opportunity to talk to the lecturer about protocols at business events, the etiquette for meeting and introductions, the proper dress code and other fundamental information necessary for completing these work tasks.
At the end of the lecture, the participants did the end-of-the-session test, i.e. the test of business protocol knowledge, so that they would summarize the main conclusions of this lecture, and through retrospect, point out the important protocol aspects at business events.
