October ‘s issue of the newsletter Let’s talk about negotiations is dedicated to the Progress Report of the European Commission on Serbia. We analyzed the Summit of the European Political Community held in the text Portrait of the European Political Community - Gathering in Prague, while in the text Serbia and non-alignment with the foreign policy of the European Union - A new problem for accession negotiations, we dealt with the reasons for Serbia's (non)alignment with the foreign policy declarations of the European Union union. We presented the achieved results of Serbia in the field of environment in the text The green agenda, theory and practice – Standing still. We discussed the importance of politically accountable management of the negotiation process with the European Union with Srđan Cvijić from the Belgrade Center for Security Policy.
